Consultations:
It is best to meet and discuss your flowers after you have selected your dresses and accent colors. Always bring a fabric swatch to the appointment and plan on leaving it with me.
We like to meet with you and take a look at your fabric swatches, pictures of the bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, ceremony décor, reception décor and other floral needs that you like and we go over the particulars for your wedding. I also bring pictures from weddings that I have done in the past (over 500 pictures) to give you additional ideas and a sense of confidence in the work we provide. Occasionally this can be done over the phone and email. If you know exactly what you want, this is an option.
Typed Quote:
After the consultation meeting, I type a quote for you with a description of each item and a price quote for each item and typically email it to you. If email is not an option, then it gets mailed to you.
We do all types of floral arrangements for you. The typical items that we do includes, but are not limited to the following: bouquets (all styles), corsages, boutonnieres, reception centerpieces, church pieces, pew/chair end flowers, banquet table flowers, outside gazebo/arch/pagoda type flowers, sign-in table flowers, cake knife/server ribbon and floral accents, toasting glasses ribbon and floral accents, garlands for head tables, etc.
Delivery & Set Up:
We deliver and place all flowers for you. We believe you should not have to worry about any of the flower set up on the day of your wedding. Some facilities require the removal of certain flowers, usually outside décor. We will come back and remove these items for you, and, if possible, reuse the flowers inside your reception facility. If you are using rental items, we will return at the end of your event to pick up the rental items.
